Fantastic first experience with a sound bath

This was my first experience of a sound bath. Honestly, I thought 30 minutes would be long enough but now I understand why you do 60 minute ones! I bought this experience for myself after working hard for the past few months and I'm more than happy I did. Thank you for a lovely introduction to sound baths, and like I said at reception afterwards, I'll see if I can encourage some colleagues along!

Excellent half hour session, felt really relaxed by the end. The sound from the crystal bowls was extraordinary and the guided relaxation at the beginning was just enough to set the scene.
