Not very organized. Can't recommend it.

The tour was very disorganized from the beginning. They have a list of sites in the description that you can tour, most of which don't open up before 10.00, but they give you the option to start the tour at 8.00, which is what I picked. So we saw the basilica and had to walk around for a while waiting for other sites to open. The tour guide was very nice but he even didn't know for sure what time some sites opened up. Next they keep asking you to let them know if there is a place you want to see and I asked if we could see the Xanenetla Tunnels. I know it was out of downtown and offered to pay for Uber there and back. I asked them this 3 times and they would never answered me. If you can't customize the tour don't ask me. If you ask, but for whatever reason can't do it say so. Don't keep asking me if there is somewhere I want to go and ignore my request. I did manage to see the sites they had listed and the guide did provide some useful backgrounds and history. And I did go to the tunnels on my own.
