Overview
Depart from your Nice hotel in a comfortable, air-conditioned minivan and relax during the scenic drive along the Mediterranean coast to Monaco. Take in panoramic views of Nice during a rest stop and then arrive in the medieval village of Eze, where you tour a traditional perfumery to see how scents are created and bottled.
Next, cross the border and venture to Monaco. Visit the Old Town of Monte Carlo and enjoy some free time to explore the city.
Continue your tour with a lap around the Formula One Grand Prix circuit and then disembark at Casino Square to browse the high-end boutiques and stroll through the gardens. Return to your vehicle and head back to Nice, passing Villefranche Bay and other coastal villages.
Your day trip ends with drop-off back at your hotel.

Firstly our guide David was great. The minibus was brand new and comfortable. We packed a lot in although there was a lot of time stuck in traffic. Not David’s fault but this seems to be normal getting out of Nice, into Eze and into Monaco. I would recommend it if you have limited time and want to pack everything in,

Great tour of Eze and Monaco!!!

This tour is magical! David was a perfect guide and taught us all about the history of Nice and surrounding towns on the way to Monaco. Would have loved slightly more time in the medieval Eze village and less time at the perfume factory (Fragonard), but it was a great way to fit in Eze and Monaco in a full-day (10-5) tour. Spectacular views and amazing to have door-to-door transportation especially since one of us had a recent joint replacement. Be aware that the Eze portion is a lot of stairs and climbing.

Not a good use of a day of vacation

Unfortunately I felt this trip was a waste of a day. Eze was beautiful but there’s not much going on there. Monaco was not worth sitting in traffic to get there. Each stop gave you enough time to walk around a little bit, but it was not enough time to sit for a meal. I’ve been on a lot of day trips all over Europe and this was one of the worst. Our driver, David, has a good personality and was a very good driver. I recommend him, but not this tour.
