Amazing site with an awesome guide. Not a ton of tourists at the site which made it a peaceful getaway to see both nature and culture. Definitely recommended!

Ali and Mustafa provided a special day at this spectacular site!! They were able to allow me to get in when there were difficulties at the gate and then provided a well informed tour of an unusual set of ruins. If you want to see ruins as (almost) originally found, this is it. The mountain top setting provided dramatic views. Thanks to Ali and Mustafa for a great day!!

We were there a few years ago and we found this site remarkable. There are "buts"....When booking the trip, no one informed us of important caveats. Upon arrival on the spot and in the coach, the guide asked if anyone suffered from diabetes, heart problems, asthma, walking. He advised to buy drinks (sweetened drinks, biscuits for diabetics, etc.) to bring hats and especially very good walking shoes. We knew why; the trails were extremely slippery (stones polished by the passage of many tourists). Scabrous because I almost slipped into the ravine. Not recommended for young mothers with the stroller. Note that most ladies and girls wore lovely sandals not suitable for climbingTermessos. Two groups, one Dutch-speaking (many) and one French-speaking (us + a younger couple) came first at the top at the cost of great efforts and stops. No regrets but hard work.

We had a lovely day. The Hersey was a hit The Düden waterfall was a dream. Everything was well-organized, no flaw. Thank you, Ali. With the hope to meet you when we arrive in Turkey.

Termessos has many temples and very large cemeteries. The variety and decorations of his tombs are very rich. The tomb of Alketas (319 BC), one of the important commanders of Alexander the Great period, and others are also important in terms of shedding light on the history of the city. Next to the monumental tombs, the shield-motif sarcophagus depicting many of their warriors occupies a large area in the cemetery area. The most interesting work of Termessos in the Antalya Museum is the "Dog Tomb" exhibited in the "Hall of Tombs". The poetic inscription written by the owner of the dog Stefanos is of special importance as it is unique.
