Overview
After hotel pickup in the morning by private vehicle, your tour begins with a visit to Tiananmen Square, one of the largest city squares in the world.
On Chang'an Street, see the Great Hall of the People (Renmin Dahuitang) and the National Museum of China (formerly the National Museum of Chinese History and the Museum of the Chinese Revolution), and take a look at Chairman Mao's Mausoleum (aka Chairman Mao Memorial Hall) in the middle of the square. From the gate, walk to the Forbidden City, the UNESCO World Heritage–listed former Chinese imperial palace. A total of 24 emperors lived and ruled from here, starting with the Ming dynasty and ending with the Qing. You'll spend a couple of hours here exploring.
Then it's time for lunch, which you'll enjoy at a local restaurant for dumplings before continuing your day tour to the Great Wall at Mutianyu, a typically less-crowded section of the Great Wall of China. After the 1.5-hour drive, you have about two hours here to hike. Choose the round-trip cable car option or ride the chairlift up and then ride the toboggan down to save time and energy.
Your tour then ends with return transport to your hotel.

The great climb

Best part of this trip is definetly the wall, you will propably forget the rest after you start climbing we started at tower 14 and moved to tower 20 definetly take your time here, and believe you knees will remember this trip. There are few locals selling water beer and some souverniers, with higher price, but if you are thirsty you do what you have to do.

We were in Beijing for one full day and were looking for a day to see all the main sites of Beijing, and this tour didn’t disappoint. From start to finish, Bruce took us through all the sites (Tiananmen square, Forbiden City, Jingshan Park, Great Wall) Bruce was informative without being imposing. 100% worth it. But what really leveled it up was Lucy Yi, our tour guide. She’s that perfect mix of friendly, super knowledgeable, and just… chill. No rushing us from spot to spot, no “keep up or get left” vibes.She laid everything out clearly — where to be, when to be there — and still made space for us to actually enjoy the moments. I learned a ton, felt comfortable asking questions, and she made the whole group feel welcome. Honestly, Lucy’s the best. If you can, get on her tour.

In the morning, your tour guide and private car with driver will come to meet you at your hotel lobby.
The first place you will visit the Tiananmen Square which is the biggest city center square in the world. Moreover, along famous Chang'an Street, you will see The Great Hall of People, and The National Museum (used to be named Chinese history and revolution museum). In additional, the center of the square is the Chairman Mao’s Mausoleum.

Forbidden City-The Palace Museum
From the Tiananmen Gate you can walk towards the Forbidden City (the biggest Imperial Palace in world). There are 9999.5 rooms inside, and with over 600 years history. There were total 24 Chinese emperors who lived and ruled the country in this place from Ming dynasty to the Qing dynasty). It's worth to spend a couple of hours to visit the highlight of the Forbidden City.

During lunch time, your tour guide will take you to a local restaurant for local authentic food meal. In the afternoon, you will visit one of the seven wonders in the world - Mutianyu Great Wall. Your tour guide will take you to a less crowded section Great Wall where you can hike for around 2 hours. From the city to the Great Wall takes about 1.5 hours driving time. You will take the cable car up to the half way, and then start to enjoy your hiking journey. Then you will also take cable car on your way back. This surely save your time and energy.
After the day tour, your driver and tour guide will send you back to the hotel.
