We chose three ecomax, they were easy to drive. We moved around different places in San Francisco and it was a fun activity. Negative: it was the Sunday of the long weekend of the labor day and there was a lot of traffic congestion and the slopes, it would make it difficult for the experience to be perfect. I recommend it and would do it again.

An absolute “must do” when visiting the area. My wife and I had so much fun. You can go at your own pace, stop wherever and enjoy the ride
Response from Host, Sept 2025
We’re so glad to hear you and your wife had such a fun time! The freedom to go at your own pace and stop wherever you like is exactly what makes the GoCar experience so special. Next time, you might enjoy or different type of GoCar—like the ZeroMax or E-Sport—for an extra comfy ride. And if your travels take you to Monterey, San Diego, or Las Vegas, we’d love to have you join us there too!

This could of been done with a car but just having to ride around in a go cart was just amazing and fun. Lots of laughs.

We love hearing that you had such an amazing and fun time cruising around in our little GoCars! ???? They really do add that extra spark of laughter and adventure that a regular car just can’t match. If you’re ever visiting Monterey, San Diego, or Las Vegas, our tours there are just as much fun!

Thank you for your feedback! We’re so glad you had a fun and enjoyable time exploring with us. ???????? We also appreciate your note about insurance—it’s always a good idea for guests to review the coverage options and choose what makes them feel most comfortable before heading out. We hope to welcome you back soon for another adventure—maybe next time trying the Electric Car or the Over the Bridge Tour with the E-Sport! ????⚡
The Palace of Fine Arts in the Marina District of San Francisco, California, is a monumental structure originally constructed for the 1915 Panama-Pacific Exposition in order to exhibit works of art presented there. One of only a few surviving structures from the Exposition, it is still situated on its original site. In addition to hosting art exhibitions, it remains a popular attraction for tourists and locals.
Certainly the most-photographed bridge in the world, the Golden Gate Bridge is synonymous with San Francisco. Drive up to the viewing area, or the foot of the bridge at Fort Point, to take pictures. You can take even better pictures at Baker Beach, a few minutes drive past the bridge!
Nothing beats zooming down Lombard Street, San Francisco's "Crookedest Street" in your GoCar at the end of your tour. This is a great way to experience one of San Francisco's most iconic streets.

Look for sand dollars in the fog and take photos of Seal Rock as it juts out of the Pacific Ocean at Ocean Beach.
Some of the most beautiful views of San Francisco Bay are in the Presidio, a decommissioned military base that boasts beautiful architecture, a War Memorial, the Disney Museum and even a bowling alley! This area is just a 15 minute drive from Fisherman's Wharf, but feels like another world!
At the foot of the Golden Gate Bridge, Fort Point is both an excellent photo spot for the bridge and a fascinating monument to Gold Rush -era San Francisco.
