Overview
Meet and greet your tour guide in Marseille at 9 am, in front of the City Hall (Hôtel de Ville) on Quai du Port.
Set off on foot to walk through the old preserved Panier district. After a walk up and down its quaint streets, you will visit the Vieux Port and its fish market before heading to the trendy side of Marseille.
Your walking tour takes you to the south bank of Marseille where your guide will show you the artists' workshops, the oldest church in the city, and many places where the locals hang out!
Next up on your morning tour, it's time to hop aboard the minivan to discover Notre Dame de la Garde basilica and its breathtaking view of the city you just toured! This is possibly the best viewpoint in Marseille. Don't forget your camera! You will be able to admire an exceptional view of the city, the Friouls Islands, and Château d'If. A 'Wow!' moment is guaranteed!

Visit Le Panier and Notre Dame de la Gare

Very nice guided tour of the district le Panier. Our guide told us a lot about the origin of the neighborhood as well as its history jerkläez. The tour of Notre Dame de la Gare was also very impressive and there were again many interesting explanations about the basilica.
