Having never done a walking food tour before I really didn't know what to expect. It was a brilliant way to spend an afternoon in Shrewsbury. The tour was really well organised and Gareth was the perfect host, explaining much about the history of Shrewsbury as we were walking around. We visited a wide variety of independent venues, each one had their own uniqueness and were passionate about the locally sourced food and drinks that they served. All of which was delicious! This tour is certainly one not to be missed and I will be recommending it to my friends and family. Well done Gareth and your team.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Fantastic Afternoon Discovering Hidden Shrewsbury We spent a wonderful few hours with Walking Food Tours in Shrewsbury this June and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. Despite having visited Shrewsbury many times before, it was fascinating to see and hear about a completely different side of the town. The tour introduced us to some real hidden gems that we would never have found on our own, and there are several places we will definitely be returning to on future visits. A special mention must go to our guide, Heather, who was an absolute superstar. She looked after us brilliantly throughout the tour, shared fascinating stories and local history, and provided plenty of recommendations and insider tips for making the most of future trips to Shrewsbury. The combination of great food, interesting history, and Heather's enthusiasm made for a memorable experience. We would highly recommend this tour to both first-time visitors and those who think they already know Shrewsbury well.
